Wireless Zune-to-Zune sharing. Share selected full-length sample tracks of your favorite songs, homemade recordings, playlists or pictures with friends wirelessly, device to device. You can listen to any song you receive up to three times in three days. And if you like a song you hear and want to buy it, you can flag it right on your device to easily find it later.

MySpace.com on Monday said it had licensed a new technology to stop users from posting unauthorized copyrighted music on the social networking Web site and oust frequent violators of its policy.

That’s right folks, and you knew it was coming. No more copyrighted music will be allowed on your personal pages on MySpace.

The technology compares those filed with Gracenote’s database of copyrighted material and can block uploads without proper rights. Once Gracenote’s technology is integrated into its service, users who repeatedly try to upload unauthorized music will have their accounts deleted, MySpace said.

So now it’s time to come up with original tunes. Hey you never know there may be a musician in you after all.

Based in Shenzhen, China, a company called Chinavasion Wholesale Co has released the MP4 Player Watch, which promises to play all your favorite MP4 video files, right on your wrist. If video isnt enough, the MP4 watch also plays MP3 and WMA files so you can listen to music, and supports JPEG so you can view your family pictures too.

The MP4 Watch offers internal flash memory of 256MB to 2GB and can play music continuously for 8 hours. The company hasn’t give information on video-playback battery life. The screen measures 1.5 inches, has 260k OLED true color, and offers 128 by 128 resolution. Chinavasion also added five equalizer modes and super-bass 3-D sound effect playing modes to maximize sound quality.

Sounds amazing, but as of now, Chinavision is offering the watches only at wholesale. Each costs from $59.46 to about $101.20, depending on the storage.

“It takes forever,” Jobs told Newsweek in an interview posted on the magazine’s Web site on Sunday. “By the time you’ve gone through all that, the girl’s got up and left.”

Jobs was equally unconcerned about the prospect of the iPod losing its cool factor as it becomes increasingly ubiquitous.
“That’s like saying you don’t want to kiss your lover’s lips because everyone has lips. It doesn’t make any sense,” said Jobs.
