When you visit your loved in a hospital or clinical setting, the monitors surrounding their bed may seem scary and foreboding. However, these patient monitors are vital in the best care possible of that loved one. There are different monitors for vital signs and other conditions that need constant monitoring.
If you are wondering what the monitors are reporting about you or your loved one, then you should always ask. No nurse or doctor will mind telling you what the monitors are saying.
