Date October 23, 2008

Now, you can download songs to iPhone and take your music anywhere with you — at the park, at the shopping mall, or practically anywhere you wish to go. This is one of the latest breakthroughs in technology, but even though you are not techno-savvy, the process of downloading is fairly easy to grasp.

One way you can download songs to iPhone is by transferring the songs first from the CD into your computer’s hard drive. Good thing if you have a new set of computer, because new computers are now able to do this without difficulty.

The other way by which you can download songs to iPhone is through internet technology. However, it should be made clear that at this time, iPhones are not yet fully equipped to enable the direct download of songs from the internet. Although, Apple is making the moves to enable this feature, at the moment the best thing you can do is to visit some sites which will allow you to download music into your computer system.

Peer to Peer or P2P sites used to be the common sites to download from. However, these sites are illegal, and if you download from these sites, there is a strong possibility that your system will be hacked and infected with malicious spyware. There are also other free sites that allow you to download music. Then again, the quality is really not that good, and you only have limited choices.

On the other hand, there are sites that require you to pay a one-time fee to download songs to iPhone. These sites are considerably better and much safer. The quality of downloads is a lot better and there are practically no limits as to how many you can download.

Having now found the site to download from, you can begin transferring music to your computer through the downloading feature of the site, and once the songs are already in your system, you can then transfer them to your iPhone.

If you choose to go the internet route in order to download songs to iPhone, you will need a high speed internet connection to facilitate faster downloads. There is nothing wrong with using dial-up connection, though. The thing is, downloads are much slower.

Downloading songs can be easy and fun. You can practically download songs to iPhone with a click of the mouse, and with an internet connection.
