MP4 Downloading Allows for Portable Video on the Go

It is hard to overestimate the role that the internet has played in recent years for multimedia and entertainment, including downloading MP4 files. There was a time when the only kind of audio you could download was minuscule midi files. And that was about the limit of what you could carry from one computer to another, because all the removable medium you had in those days was the measly floppy disk. At that time, if you told anyone they would be able to download and carry hundreds of music files of the highest quality and with stereo sound, it would have sounded like science fiction. But then came the MP3.
Now, something similar is happening with the MP4. Only this time it is about video, and not audio & data.
Imagine waking up in the morning and wanting to watch some latest Hollywood box office hit. You go to your favorite site for MP4 downloading, perhaps make an online payment with your credit card, and in a few minutes you have it on your hard disk. Then you upload it to your portable MP4 player, and take it with you on your way to work. Watch it on the bus or train, watch it during the lunch break, or even watch it during work hours on a particularly slow day. Back home, take it to bed with you. If it’s romantic stuff, watch it with your spouse in bed, lying side by side, your heads close together. Sounds like a pretty good thing to me; what’s your feeling?
Yes, this has now become possible, thanks to MP4 technology. MP4 uses high-class codecs for encoding and decoding (incidentally, that’s where the name comes from) video data into compressed format (thus reducing file size) while not compromising on visual quality too much. This results in high quality movies which are nevertheless so small that they can be distributed over the internet, mainly through MP4 download sites and services, and also carried easily on recordable media or lightweight personal players.
There has been a great expansion in storage media capacity and bandwidth in recent times, and this has certainly helped the online multimedia boom. But surely a larger part is played by modern high-quality movie encoding technology, which makes MP4 downloading possible.

From what I have seen on the internet we are the first to do this and we hope you enjoy it. As you can see in the videos we took a noac and stuffed it inside a Nintendo Gameboy. Due to limited funds we could not make this one fully portable with an enternal lcd screen and built in controller but this works just as great and accepts 2 controllers plus zapper and any other NES accesory. I will run off of 4 AA batteries for around 5 hours. Or a 6 Volt AC plug. We hope to build another one of these that is fully portable to include a lcd and built in player one controller 1. Please feel free to comment of ask any questions you might have.

O_o Also YouTube killed it so I recommend you watch in High Quality Anyways - YAY It's finally finished ^_^ And even though it stuffs up in a few places YouTube actually didn't mess it up too badly (Well thats what I think anyway...) I'm really proud of this : D I spent a lot of time on it and I think it was worth it, even though I rushed the end a bit (I really wanted to finish it so I could move on to my other betas). 2:42 - 2:54 Poor Darcia :*( 3:27 - 3:34 I know it sucks, but my Vol 4 of Wolf's Rain wont work on my DVD ripper and ended up dying on me altogether, It only plays on my portable DVD Player now -_- And not well either. So I used pictures instead cuz I couldn't think of any other clips that would work there : ( Song - All The Same Band - Sick Puppies Flash Warning - MODERATE to HIGH (**The mark in the center of all my vids is from my DVD ripper, I cant get rid of it : ( So please try to ignore it**)

I crossbred a JVC-XA MP3 player and a NES controller, and after about a weeks worth of research, work, and burnt fingers, I came up with this. Id just like to note, that the only part that wasnt from either of those two devices was the speaker, which i got from a cellphone And yes, thats my room in the background... right before I cleaned it!

It is currently in production. It will be the 20th installment in the Madden NFL video game franchise. The game was confirmed for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Playstation Portable, Xbox, Xbox 360, and Nintendo DS consoles but not for PC. The Wii version of the game is titled Madden NFL 09 All-Play and will be launched under EA Sports' new All-Play brand exclusive to the platform. EA Sports has announced details of the 20th Anniversary Collector's Edition of Madden NFL 09. It will include NFL Head Coach 09, exclusive classic Madden gameplay, and bonus video content. The release date for the single version and the anniversary package have been set for August 12, 2008. New and updated features Updates to Madden NFL 09 include:[3] * Madden IQ system: players train in a holographic environment, which grants them a "Madden IQ" based on their practice in 12 different drills. The game's difficulty adjusts itself to the player's Madden IQ. * EA Sports Backtrack: the game analyzes the player's playing ability and points out mistakes during gameplay a la a television-styled telestrator * Improved online leagues: server-based leagues, supporting up to 32 players, with full schedules including the playoffs and the Super Bowl as well as draft and trade support. Schedules can be played in a round-robin style as well. * Revamped graphics: Improved stadium models, new weather particle system, new lighting models, new player models, field goal nets, improved sidelines, user-controlled celebrations, clear visors, new facemask designs, and Total Control animation system. * Improved gameplay: Offensive line slide protection, smart routes, realistic fatigue, improved gang tackles, true penalty based animations, formation substitutions, new fumble system (weather affects it), new player weapon types and the ability to return short field goals. * Revamped franchise mode: Simulated stats have been improved (e.g. fewer running backs gaining 2,000+ yards in one season), rivalry games have special value and played games have more crowd and television intensity. * On-demand picture-in-picture play-call window: Picture-in-picture style interface to allow the player to see key information and call plays and formations without leaving the current window. * New Dynamic Camera System: The new madden camera system moves with your receivers so they will never fall out of view during gameplay. The camera automatically pans out, zooms in, and adjusts angles to keep the receivers in screen. Once you complete that pass, if the ball carrier happens to break away from his defenders, the ActionCam will rock back and forth, zoom in and follow the ball carrier, giving you that intense feeling that you're sprinting alongside him. And if a defender happens to really lay into the ball carrier, the Big Hit Camera will rattle the screen with the force of the crunch. * New Tackling Engine & Animations * New Running/Ball-Carrier Engine: total control system, new transition system, character grounding with foot-plant, new procedural animation system, realistic momentum, new locomotion system, improved visuals and animations, left and right stick moves, directional diving * Madden Moments: New gameplay mode that allows the user to relive the top 32 games of the 2007 season * Madden Custom Trax: Allows the user to play their music on the game.[citation needed] * New Weather Gameplay: Weather now effects gameplay and celebrations * Rewind: Allows you to rewind and redo a play. You can set the number rewinds you get in a game Note: Is not included in online play.[citation needed] * Syncing With NFL Head Coach 09: ability to create and transfer plays from NFL Head Coach 09 to Madden 09. Play-by-play and color commentary will be provided by Tom Hammond and Cris Collinsworth, respectively [5], replacing Al Michaels and John Madden. EA designers have confirmed that John Madden will have a part in Madden 09 as the person describing instructions to the Madden IQ. Madden will guide you on advice and other things to help you understand how to raise your Madden IQ. Since EA's relationship with ESPN and the NFL allows them to provide streamed audio and video directly from ESPN and the NFL, there will be ESPN and NFL content like NFL Total Access, SportsCenter highlights, PTI Segments, etc.
